Our top 4 selections with the best rates.
For fifteen days each June, Vienna becomes the centerpoint for gay and lesbian Austria. Numerous parties, art and information events, live performances and of course the Rainbow Parade on the final Saturday of the event, will turn up the heat in Vienna and make a visible statement for the acceptance of homosexuals and against their exclusion.
The focal point of the activities will once again be the Pride Village, which will be erected against the beautiful backdrop of City Hall.
Other events include the Pride Day in the Park on the opening weekend. The Vienna Wurstelprater amusement park will be resplendent in the colors of the rainbow on this day.
There will be live performances by various artists on a stage erected on Riesenradplatz. A special ticket lets you try out several of the attractions.
In the evening, the first Pride parties will begin at the Red Carpet, Felixx, Village, Mango Bar & Eagle Bar. You can also attend the Pride Day at the Zoo in Schönbrunn Zoo on the first Sunday of the event.
